Responsibilities
 
· Service & Repairs
o Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on air compressors and associated systems both in-house and on customer sites
o Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency
 
· Customer Support & Communication
o Deliver professional and courteous service that reflects company values
o Provide remote troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers and peers as needed
o Identify potential capital equipment opportunities and communicate to sales team
 
· Documentation & Recordkeeping
â—‹ Complete accurate work orders, reports, and service documentation in a timely manner
o Maintain clear records to support compliance and quality standards
 
· Safety & Work Environment
o Operate in accordance with all safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workspace
o Monitor and maintain assigned service vehicle and equipment according to policy
 
· Continuous Improvement & Training
o Participate in training and development programs to expand technical knowledge
o Support improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
 
Skills & Experience Required
 
· Mechanical trade qualification (e.g. Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Fitter/Turner, or Electrical)
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial service or maintenance roles
· Servicing and diagnostic expertise with compressors or similar equipment
· Electrical A or B license (preferred but not essential)
· Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
· Strong organisational and documentation skills
· Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to team success

What’s On Offer?
 
· Monday - Friday or 4-day work per week (38 hours / 4 days)
· Extensive OT opportunities (1.5x at first 2 hours & 2x beyond ) + Sunday & Saturday OT Available
